Chef Dave Prows has been working as an Executive Chef for 19 years at various restaurants, hotels, entertainment centers and chains. He is a Certified Executive Chef and active member of the American Culinary Federation for 21 years. Most recently Chef Prows took on the position of Executive Chef at Costa Vida, a national chain known for it's Baja-inspired, always fresh meals. Unlike many other chain restaurants, at Costa Vida Chef Prows is given full reign over menu decisions, ingredients and flavors. After all, he is the expert. Chef Dave Prows' passion about food translates into his career. He cares about making the right way: from scratch and with the freshest, more savory ingredients.
