<font>Welcome! My name is Leo Ferro, I am an average person who took complete control of my life. I am Fifty years old and have been involved in sports and fitness for the past thirty years. A year ago I found myself very depressed and unhappy with myself. I just did not like what I saw in the mirror. After spending my earlier years involved in Martial Arts, Boxing, Football and Bodybuilding, I reached my forties taking a backward slide into obesity and health issues. After waking up and realizing that I was not going to get any younger and if I continued this lifestyle I would not be around to enjoy my kids growing up. I have a beautiful very loving wife that I wanted more than anything to grow old together. At that precise moment I decided to commit to a new lifestyle. I was completely driven by an incredible fire that was lit and burned hotter and brighter every day.</font>

<font>I have completely turned my life around from inside to out. I realized that through commitment begins with your full decision to choose to take action to not only reach your goal, but to achieve and surpass all your expectations.</font>

<font>I turned myself from an overweight, depressed man, to an energetic, full of life father and husband, who goes to bed each night grateful for all that god has allowed and brought into my life.</font>

<font>I am a blessed man in countless ways. I have a wonderful wife, who is strong in her convictions both mind and body. I have two incredible young boys who are the reason for my passionate drive and desire to reach my goals. </font>

<font>Mt goal and destiny is to serve and teach others how to reach their individual God given potential. To assist people in realizing their passions. By so doing I will leave a legacy to my children that the greatest passion and satisfaction in life comes from servicing others.</font>

The hard working Mom of two kids, the late working dad that just doesn’t have the energy or drive after a long work day to do anything much less a workout…</font>

<font>Let me break the myths that have been around for years. These myths have been created and kept alive simply to capitalize financially on an increasing epidemic that has dominated this country and many more. This epidemic is the increasing rise of obesity, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, depression, anxiety, cardiovascular disease and diabetes.<span>  </span>It’s alarming to think that not only are we increasing at an alarming rate our chances, as adults, to suffer from these health risk factors, but we are teaching our kids to follow in our same foot steps. We have a nation of video playing and PC gaming youngsters. Less and less activities and less and less Physical education in schools.</font>

<font> </font><font><font>Plus the fact that what we as Americans are consuming nutritionally is just plain wrong. We are slowly killing ourselves.<span>  </span>Now we have even been introduced to clone beef. Between Xerox copies of burgers and genetically engineered foods we are being so pumped with chemicals that we are all a walking talking science project produced from the Lab. Wake up America!</font></font><span><font> </font></span><span><font> </font></span>

<font>Let’s get down to the hardcore truths about other programs and my Ferro Fitness Program. I have participated in several different plans and programs through out my thirty plus years in sports and the health and fitness industry. I have personally experienced and witnessed first hand all claims and optimistic promises. These are the facts ladies and gentlemen. The fact remains clear that anyone who completely applies themselves to a grueling hard nose regiment for 30, 60 or 90 days will definitely loose the weight and more than likely be ripped and shredded just like fiber flakes. Having said these please understand, put on your thinking caps. If I promise that you would be ripped and shredded in 60 days I could certainly deliver. The problem I have is that after the 60<sup>th</sup> day what then. After you have peaked and climaxed what can do you but roll over and go to sleep. Remember your goal should not be to get the proverbial microwavable results.</font>

<font>Because one truth that I can certainly guarantee is that eventually you will gain all the weight you lost plus some additional pounds for all your troubles.</font>

<font>As a professional athlete you learn to train and peak perfectly the night you, step on the stage, or step into the ring, or step on the field. My question to you, yes you the average Jane and Joe out there are you just ready to bleed, sweat and cry to just achieve your ultimate goal and then let it slip away from your grasp and leave you more depressed and frustrated then ever before.</font>

<font>Trust me no elite professional athlete could sustain these regiments for more then 60 days. They would simply collapse into a bloody, sweaty mound of twitching flesh.</font>

<font>The ultimate goal is to train for the long haul. You need to understand above anything else that this needs to be a complete lifestyle change if you want the consistent success and fitness you crave and desire.</font>

<font>I will assume that you have at some point in your life have participated in an exercise program, visited a gym, health spa, Fitness center or purchased an exercise video of some sore or another. At which point I now ask you a very simple and honest question.</font>

<font>Are you completely satisfied with your results and present physical appearance, your fitness level and your health?</font>

<font> </font>

<font>If you honestly answered “No” to any of these questions you deserve a real program. My program encourages you to think. Your target should be to achieve an easy simple fun program that allows you to enjoy and participate in a healthy fit lifestyle without the aches and pains that keeps most from the second or third week of their program.</font>

<font>This is the Beauty and simplicity of the Ferro Fitness Program. I am now speaking completely from honest, personal experience that allowed and facilitated my comeback from an obese 288 lbs and 48 inch waist to a man that reached an extreme weight of 162lbs with a 29 inch waist. At a 5” 11” frame this was too extreme for my structure. I had to believe it or not taper off the program and cut back to get back to what I have always described as your set or core weight. The body does indeed re-adjust to gage you back to that set weight. Today I have established a comfortable core weight and have maintained that weight for the past 6 years. The weight fluctuates 2 pounds under 2 pounds over but all I have to do is re-adjust me nutrition and bang I am back.</font>

<font>Please note I am fifty years old and I do not spend anywhere close to the 90 minutes I used to spend in the gym when I was in my twenties. My workout is focused and intense and detailed to get me in and out in exactly 60 Minutes.</font>

<font>Note my regiment is very simple but it never gets stale I keep changing the exercises and how I perform them every week. I have fun and I make sure I am never bored of the performance.</font>

<font>I have many tricks and hints but I will keep all that to myself until you and I have a professional relationship and you bestow on me you confidence that I can coach you to a point that you have never experienced in the past.</font>

<font>Make sure you keep this in mind. The Ferro Fitness program can be accomplished from teenage to senior citizen. The program is ever changing and constantly adjusting to your body and what it’s telling you. There are days when you are strong and then there are days when you can run for miles but are not attracted to the weights. </font>

<font>We are constantly adjusting just like a professional football player adjusts to what he sees in front of them. It would be completely foolish to attempt to do weights if you’re emotional and mental state is not going to be receptive to the pulses of the energetic field. On those days you enhance the positive and eliminate the negative.</font>

<font>The central core of this program, system, and plan is that in its core application you are in full control and I steer you in the direction you choose. The basic and simple concept is knowledge and understanding the proper applications of the nutritional and body mechanics. If you know how to properly feed and fuel the body and exercise it with the proper form and technique you will be the best you can be. </font>

<font>We all know the reality that there are millions if not billions of books and sources out there describing “how to” loose weight, become healthier and build bigger stronger muscles. The painful fact is this and we all know it. The concept to loose weight is simplistic and very basic. Eat less move more. It truly all comes down to that basic concept. If you eliminate the *&%$# in foods you eat and consume nothing but healthy nutritionally stable and complex foods, plus move stay active, walk, jog, dance, jump, play ball, play handball anything “just do it”.<span>  </span>You will be guaranteed to loose weight.</font>

<font>Now the fact remains having the knowledge and applying this knowledge are as far apart as the earth is to the sun. The most difficult thing I have experienced in life is the fact that most people will choose to stay in the recliner with the remote control and the bottle of beer watching an exercise video or s sporting event than to go out an be an active participant and enjoying all that life and God has blessed us with.</font>

<font>I encourage you all. No I challenge you all to put the remote control down and leave the beer, get up from the comfort of the recliner and get up from you flabby butt and be an active, energetic participant in life. TAKE ACTION</font>

<font>Be an example to you kids and grandsons. If you are too lazy to do it for yourself do it for your loved ones. Be around for your kids, your grand kids. Be around for their life to enjoy all there destined glory.</font>
