Host: Why is it so hard to stick to a healthy eating plan at work?

Wendy Reinhardt Kapsak: I hear that from many people that its just so hard to stick to a healthy eating plan particularly at the office. A major reason why so many of us are so stressed, I recently heard an expert say that stressed is actually dessert spelled backwards. So for many of us who are in the office and there is a lot of tempting treats as well that are in the office; birthday cake, the candy jar is sitting out there and the beloved free lunch. So often times we are stressed and then we are in a situation where food might be staring us in the face and we dont feel that we have a choice, we dont feel that we have a decision to make, but each one those opportunities is there for us to make a decision to choose a healthful choice or to choose a choice in moderation.
