Host: Is it best to work with a buddy when dieting?

Wendy Reinhardt Kapsak: Working with the buddy can be really helpful when dieting. Accountability to someone else can be very helpful; it can really help keep you stay on track. Remember, that we said it would be really helpful to just make a proclamation of what your goal is and that buddy can be that person, that other person that maybe even has the same goal as you, so that you truly are each others buddy. Accountability can be really helpful in keeping you on track. It's important to note though that your buddy may not be somebody at the office, you may not feel comfortable or feel that person - those people at the other side are safe people to be telling your personal struggles to. So know that it doesnt have to be somebody at the office; it just needs to be somebody that can even be a quick phone call or e-mail away.
