Host: What if I dont have time to make myself breakfast in the morning?

Wendy Reinhardt Kapsak: A lot of people say that they dont have time to fix breakfast in the morning. There is two ways of looking at this, one, is that we could consider getting up an extra five minutes early, likely may not end up happening; two we could consider setting some things out the night before that would take literally thirty seconds to kind of slap together in the morning and head out and eat in the car; third is we could just go for some grab-and-go items and this is probably where most people would like to be. So some grab-and-go items include single serve yogurt smoothies that you can just take out of your refrigerator and hit the road, it can also be some trail mix that you could have; I would suggest maybe considering buying a big bag and putting in single serve kind of baggies or you can buy even some packets of nuts or things like that are in single serve about a handful is I think what we are looking for here. Some other things to include are hard boiled eggs. This might be challenging to eat in the car, but it still is a grab-and-go item you can always have at the office. Oatmeal packets or grab-and-go bowls, you can also take those at the office or even keep them in your desk. Some other things are energy bars, these are really compact, really easy to just pull out and be eating while you are driving although, be careful you need to keep your eyes on the road.
