Host: Is there a way to incorporate physical activity into my morning routine? Wendy Reinhardt Kapsak: The morning can be a great time for a lot of people to do some kind of physical activity. You can begin even while you're still in bed. By that, I mean take some time, stretch before your feet even hit the floor, take some deep breath and decide how your day is going to go, even before you step out of the bed. Then from there, as you're going to work you have a couple of options, if you take the bus, consider walking to a further bus stop or even getting off at a bus stop further from the office, get a little bit of extra walking in. So there is the one example. If your office is close to your home and you're lucky you don't have a large commute you can consider riding your bike or you can also consider even just walking to work. Not everybody likes to do some kind of workout in the morning, but by incorporating a little bit more physical activity into your daily routine by getting off a bus stop earlier, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, these are the kind of the things that you can just build in to the activities that you are already doing.
