Dale Obrochta: Hello, my name is Magical Balloon-dude Dale. I am a multiple balloon entertainer. What we are going to make now is a star out of balloons. So we are going to start out with a balloon that's blown up quarter of a way, not even half way. This one what we are going to do is we are going to do basic sizing. That's what the star allows us to do. It's going to be a lot of repetitive work doing the same small little bubble over and over and over and over again.

This is good for beginners to practice because this will guarantee that your bubble sizes are going to be consistent time after time after time and that's the whole part of balloon twisting is keeping your proportions the right size and once you have learned how to make a one inch bubble, a two inch bubble, a one-and-a-half inch bubble, three quarter inch bubble, you will make your designs look the way you want them and look professional.

So we are going to start out with a one inch bubble or near about one inch bubble followed by another inch bubble. We are going to be doing a series of one inch bubbles and we are going to take these three bubbles, twist them together. A one inch bubble followed by another one inch bubble, and we are doing always a series of four one inch bubbles. We have got one, two, three, four. Taking two and four and locking them together. We are going to twist three or four times.

A another one inch bubble, another, we have the four bubbles. We bring them together, twist, that's going to be the third point of the star. We will do a one inch bubble, is there second one again and we are going to add together that creates the fourth point. Now, we are going to do our spacer bubble. A one inch bubble, one inch bubble, one inch bubble. Bring them together.

Now, we are going to take at this knot, and tie it into here and push it through. We are going to make a small bubble. Take our nails, pinch it. Let the air out. Tie it, take those, tie it there. We have a start of our star. Now, what we are going to is a series of pinch twist, like we did with the teddy bear here. We are going to squeeze these two together and twist. Okay, and let's take this, pull it up and twist. Take it, pull it up and twist. So it creates a pinch twist on each point of the star, and now we have our star.

So after we have become a star doing balloon, let's make a baseball cap to keep the sun out of our eyes. Let's get ready!
