Darren Parzow: Hi, I am Darren Parzow, Hall of Fame darts player and I am here teaching you how to play darts. The next darts game is a little bit different, it is played differently in different parts of the country. It is called Burma Road. It will help you with your 301 and 501 game as well as your cricket game because you are going to be doing a little bit of both, doubles, triples, etcetera. The way you have to actually add to the scoreboard for this game, so it is going to be 20, 19 triple 18, 17 double 16, 15, 43 and bullseye. You can play this with multiple players, you can play it by yourself. You start with 40 points per player and what you want to do, same thing, all three darts at the 20. So if I were to hit three single 20s which is worth 60 points, I am going to add that to my 40 and I am now going to have 100 points. My opponent or number of opponents who are going to play, they are going to write their scores down, well this player only hit two so he has got 80 and this player missed all three darts of the 20. Any time you miss, all three darts of the 20 you are going to cut your score in half, so this player's 40 now becomes 20.

You then are going to move to the next number 19, you are going to shoot all three darts to the 19, while I hit two 19 which is 38 points, so I know I have 138 points. My opponents go up and they score their numbers. Now you are going in succession, now remember, we added the triple which is next. So you are going to throw your dart and try and hit any triple on this board and the only darts that count are the darts that are scored in the triple. So if you go miss, miss and then you hit a triple 19 which is 57 you are going to get that 57 points and you are going to add that your score.

Now as the darts game goes on, 18 would be the next number, then 17 and then we added the double just like the triples, now you are going to throw your dart at any double around the board. Just going to help you in your 01 game and only the darts that are scored in the double are going to get counted. Well, this time I threw all three darts to the double 18, but I only hit one double 18 so that is 36 points. So I am at 231 points for the game. I am looking pretty good so far.
