When you are doing these drills all you need really is a basketball and a goal and plenty of time on practicing. One of the things you need to remember before you do any type of exercise, you got to have some type of warm-up. Usually about five minutes of running, trying to get your cardio up, your heart rate up, then going right into actually some stretching and then you will be ready to go.
A little bit about One on One, I have been a part of One on One Basketball since 2002. One on One Basketball is an Instructional Basketball company that's based out of DC. I was fortunate to be a part of it and I love teaching young kids. I am the Regional Director of North Carolina where we offer player development programs, after school programs and we also do one on one training and a lot of camps.
A little bit about myself. I am a native of Winston-Salem North Carolina. I have played a Winston-Salem State under the legendary coaching of 'Big House' Gaines. I am currently a high school girls coach in Winston-Salem. So use these steps that I am going to teach and that will make you a better Basketball player and help your team improve.
So let's get started.
