Host:What are some psychological and emotional signs that a teen is drinking?

Judith Welles Cousins: When you look at a teen's behavior and you look at a teen in terms of what their emotions, how their emotions have changed, how they may have changed psychologically, what I tell parents that they are looking for are things like increased irritability, increased mood swings, depression, anxiety, perhaps more anger, perhaps more rational outbursts, more sadness. Again, more of those kinds of behaviors, more in the extreme and more that are not typical for that particular teen. 1
