I am here today as a personal trainer as well and we are going to show you how to workout like a pro with a pro football diva and that would be me. So, what we want to go over first are some of the guidelines and some of the basic things you are going to want to consider before you workout. Number one, are you health enough to work out. Make sure you go to your doctor and get cleared. You dont want to be doing the stuff, if you are not able to workout. Second, if youve got back or knee issues, you definitely want to consider that before doing this sort of a workout. This is going to be a nice intense workout that you can do from home and can get very good result without going to gym, without expensive memberships.
Second thing you want to have is appropriate clothing and appropriate shoes. You dont want to go barefoot; we dont want to have foot injuries. We want to make sure that you wear nice, loose, comfortable clothing.
