Whether they have employed an outside structure to help assess the animals that actually names the different personalities, the 'Meet Your Match' program through the ASPCA actually give names and or color assignments to the particular cats, so you maybe asked to fill out a short questionnaire and at that point you will come out whatever name or color personality match that is, so they might tell you -- you come out with a purple and you would want to be looking for purple cats in the shelter, there are some varieties of purple. That's a way that they can really note down which personalities can match with particular personalities of your own and your family's. If there are not set programs like that, you just want to be able to ask enough questions and to be open yourself to answer the questions that the shelter staff are going to pose to you because they are professionally trained to ask the right questions to get the right information to match you to just the right cat.
