I am a writer/filmmaker with a BA in Cinema from SFSU. I started playing World of Warcraft as a senior in college suffering from senior-itis. I learned to play the game on my own, and was not affiliated with guilds for most of my WoW life. Only later on did i realize the full potential of working closely with a dedicated group of people.

 As a writer/director I guess it is in my nature to take charge, but in my role as a guild master I find myself discovering new ways of working with people from varying backgrounds from around the world. These are valuable lessons that will serve me in whatever else I do in life.

Steve Haines: Hi, I am Steve Haines World of Warcraft expert. As a follow up to our previous series on the basics of World of Warcraft, today we are going to be taking a more in depth look.

First up, let's take a look at what roles are played by each class, and next we'll follow that up by taking a look at the system of talents that effect how your character interacts with the world. Then take a look at the professions, and how those effect your game play experience. Then we are going to look at player versus player content, which allows you to fight it out against other fans of Warcraft around the world. Finally, we are going to take a look at World of Warcraft etiquette and how to treat the players around you.

For basic safety tips on playing World of Warcraft, you can refer to my previous video series on the basics. But for now, I am GuildMaster of an end game raiding guild. We have been together for just about a year. I have 230 days played on 2 level 70 characters, and first of, let's take a look at the classes and what role they play in the game.
