Hi, my name is Chuck Heron from Mr. Tire, home of On The Rim & Out The Door and BRAKES FOREVER. This is Gary Goldstein, he is my Automotive Expert. He has over 25 years in the automotive field. He has many ASC certifications and is also a Maryland State Inspector. Today were going to show you how to stage a vehicle. Be sure you have all the proper tools to change a spare, including safety glasses, wheel chock, a jack, and a tire iron or some people called it a lug wrench, of course a spare tire. Were also going to make sure that youre putting the vehicle in park, and that you used the emergency brake, and that you used a wheel chock or something to keep the wheel from moving back and forth. Were going to show you how to raise the vehicle. Were going to show you how to loosen all the lug nuts. Were going to show you how to take a full size tire off and change the spare. Were also going to show you where all these parts are located. In Most vehicles theyre in the trunk, sometimes in SUVs theyre underneath the backseat. Sometimes you will find some of these parts underneath the hood. I would like for us to get started. First thing were going to do is stage the vehicle.
