John Basedow: Hi, I am John Basedow and I am the creator of the best-selling Fitness Made Simple video series and fitnessmadesimple.com. Today, I am going to show you how to do arm exercises and start building and sculpting awesome arms. The kind of eye-popping biceps and triceps that will make you want to say welcome to the gun show.

Now to get started, we don't need a lot of equipment just some dumbbells, a barbell and an adjustable bench. Since could we need this key to making you successful in your fitness program, this workout is perfect to do in either the home or the gym. For those of you who are going to a gym I also have a couple of pulley exercise that I found to be very effective and we are going to go over them as well. Now of course, you should remember beginning this or any other exercise program you should always consult your physician.

Before we begin, let me tell you a little bit about myself. First of all, a lot of you may have seen me on the Fitness Made Simple commercials that had been running nationwide over the past few years. My book "Fitness Made Simple: The Power To Change Your Body, The Power To Change Your Life" highlight the exact workout and nutrition program that I use and now thousands of other men and women from teenagers to grandparents are using to attain mean muscular physiques.

I am also a spokesperson for the American Heart Association and I have been featured on various TV, radio and print media, including CBS News, Sirius Radio, The New York Times and the Los Angeles Times. Well that's enough about me. Now let's get to focus back to you and building some awesome arms.
