Old Town Needlecrafts is proudly owned and operated by Jannette Jackson. Jannette first became interested in this profession while working for Creative Expressions Needlework in upstate New York doing home parties and teaching and selling kits. When she moved to Manassas she was frustrated at not being able to find the right sized knitting needle for a project she began in NY. She figured she could not be the only person who knits in the area and decided to open a shop specifically to meet knitting needs. This specialty shop grew to other needlecraft types to meet her specific customer’s needs.
This is so much more than a fabric store. It is a needle workers dream! It is the only quilt shop in Prince William County and staffed by the most qualified and friendly staff you might hope for. There is a large quilting fabric and accessory selection.
When you walk into Old Town Needlecrafts, you will typically see customers sitting in the store working on a project to take advantage of Jannette’s expertise for assistance and guidance. If you buy the supplies for your project at Old Town Needlecrafts, you will get all the support you might need. Essentially – if you buy it here – Jannette will back it! If you buy the supplies elsewhere, she will still help you for a nominal fee.
