When you believe that your work experience is adequate, so that you gained the most out of your MBA education and that your additional Pre-MBA work experience will give diminishing returns and helping you achieve your Post-MBA career goals, apply. For a few selected people that's going to be straight out of undergrad, for other people it's prior going to be about two years and other may need 5-7 years before they get to that point.
