Joey Fitzpatrick: Hi! I am Joey Fitzpatrick, we are here at State of Confusion Skatepark in Rosedale Maryland and I am going to teach some advanced skateboard techniques.

I am going to show you how to do Pivot to Fakies, Blunt to Fakies, Fakie Smith and Front Side 5-0 Grinds. Start to get your lines going on mini-ramp and stuff. Then for street tricks I am going to have to use -- step it up a little bit with some flip tricks, some Varial Flips, Varial Heels, Backside Heel Flips and Kickflips and some 360 flips to get your street lines going.

What you are going to need to know is skateboarding is kind of dangerous and you are always going to want to skate within your limits. So know what you can do and learn what you want to learn about skateboarding but at your own pace. What you are going to need is maybe a helmet if you are not so advanced, you need a skate board. All the street tricks, you are just going to need some flak around or parking lot, anything will do. For the ramp tricks you are going to need a quarter-pipe or any type of ramp you have.

I have been skateboarding since I was about 11 years old, so about seven years now and I am sponsored by One Skateboards and State of Confusion's skate shop. Alright let's get started.
