Joey Fitzpatrick: Hi, I am Joey Fitzpatrick. I am going to be teaching advanced skateboard techniques. First trick we are going to do is the Pivot to Fakie. Alright, so once you guys learn your drop-ins and axle stalls, the next skateboarding trick is pivot to fakie. It's a good trick to learn after you have dropped-in or after you have done an axle stall.

What you are going to want to do is go up, like in axle stall, except you lean back a little bit on your back. So all your weight is on your back truck. What you are going to want to do is keep your shoulders exactly as they are and pivot your hips and once you do this it will allow you to put pressure on your back and come back in. If you don't do that you will just swing your shoulders over, either go in front the fakie or you won't be able to pull yourself back.

So, go up, keep your shoulders straight, pivot your hips and bring it back, put all your weight back on fakie. Alright, now you have got the pivot to fakie. This time let's go bigger and learn the skateboarding trick blunt to fakies.
