How to Make Smoked Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients

1/2 cup of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of chili powder
1 tablespoon of salt
1/4 cup of paprika
1 tablespoon of onion salt
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon of garlic
1 tablespoon of fresh ground pepper
Canola oil
Pork loin back ribs

Instructions

1. Combine all of the seasonings in a bowl. Mix together.


2. Spread the oil on the ribs. Add the rub.


3. Place the ribs on a baking sheet in the oven or a smoker at 250 degrees for 3-3 1/2 hours. Finish them on the grill at 350 degrees for another 5-10 minutes.


4. Baste the ribs with BBQ sauce while they are cooking on the grill. Plate and serve.
