Host: What can be done to prevent heart disease and problems?
Robert O'Connor: Without talking about prevention I think would be the most -- it's much better to prevent the cardiac arrest from occurring. So I have to say as a message to the public. You shouldn't smoke. You should keep your cholesterol under control, either through diet or medications. You should undergo a annual health screening by a physician. You should have your blood sugar checked. You should have your blood pressure checked because hypertension is one of the leading cause and manage your diet and your weight. If anyone is concerned about heart disease and wants to start taking prevented measures, they should work with their doctor to assess the risk and see what measures could be taken.
