Roberto Tapia: Hi, My name is Roberto Tapia from Capoeira Sul da Bahia, Monitor Bucho. Today, I am going to show you how to play Capoeira. Now I am going to tell you how to do Queixada and how to do a Esquiva Media Alta in Capoeira.
First start with the Ginga, stop, turn your body. Make sure to protect yourself with this defense and bend it a little bit your body. Make sure your back is straight. Right later one, two and kick. Later Ginga. Stop, one two kick. Now we are going to do at a normal speed and two.
