Roberto Tapia: Hi, my name is Roberto Tapia from Capoeira Sul da Bahia, Monitor Bucho. Today, I am going to tell you how to play Capoeira. Now I am going to tell you how to do a back flip in Capoeira.

First, for safety, be always with an expert in Flip Acrobatics or a Capoeira expert and also I recommend you use a mat. First we are going to start with here. So put your hands very high, later get down a little bit and jump. When you be in the highest height, put your knees on your chest and you are going back.

So, one more time you are going to do this and jump. I am going to show you all of the jump. Here and jump. Other side, and jump. Remember when you will be in your highest point, look behind and grab your knees. That's how you do a back flip.

Now I am going to show you how to do a Achutato in Capoeira.
