Host: When do communications happen most often with spirits?

Jodi Lynnae: Its very interesting that spirits most often will communicate with their loved ones, when their loved ones are in a relaxed state of mind typically at bedtime. When the busyness and all the chaos and outside noise of the world has quieted down and they are at peace and they are in a relaxed state because thats when they are actually more receptive to receiving the information or hearing the information or sensing somebodys presence.

So the spirit world will pick the optimal time to communicate which is typically at bedtime. Unfortunately, thats often the time that makes most people uncomfortable because they are not expecting it. But once they learn that its generally a positive indication of loved ones being around them, they develop a sense of comfort and peace from it.
