Jodi Lynnae: Trust is extremely important when it comes to spirit communications because without trust you might explain something away with your logical mind. And if you explain it away with your logical mind, then you will miss out on the communications.
So, if you have a feeling that doesnt seem like it can logically be happening, for instance, the sudden influx of smelling lilacs in the middle of your hallway on the way to your bedroom. You have to trust that, thats communication with spirit and not the fact that somebody came through there five minutes earlier with lilacs. If you begin to trust then you will actually become more open and receptive in these events and occurrences will happen more often. Trust is very important.
