Jodi Lynnae: Journaling is a good exercise and helps with spirit communication, so that you can keep a running log or a track record of your particular incidences that you are dealing with. So that you can discern whether or not, it was actually spirit communication possibly or it was some sort of a logically reasonable event. For example, if you hear some banging on the pipes in the home, for example when you are going to bed and it becomes a repetitive thing and the next thing you know you have sprung a leak in your pipes. Obviously, then thats not going to have been spirit communication, its going to have been that you sprung a leak in your pipes.

However, if its more of an erratic situation and its more of a banging noise and then there is no aftermath of that, noting faulty or anything wrong or even if you do call a repair person and they say, Lady you are crazy, I dont know what you are talking about, I dont hear anything banging on the pipes, there is nothing wrong here. If you have a journal of that incident and the aftermath thereafter you will be able to start discerning whether or not it was potential spirit communication or in fact a logical incidence.

So, its very important to encourage the development of your receptivity to journal so that you begin to know what the feeling is like when its true spirit communication versus logical incidences. And its very beneficial to have a log of that, to go back and look at it and it can be very fascinating if you keep a log for a long period of time to see as time progresses how your abilities also progress.
