Host: How do we become more aware to spirit communication?

Jodi Lynnae: I would say, the best way that somebody could become more open and aware of spirit communication is through being open and receptive. And you can work on being open and receptive by paying more attention to the subtleties in life, in your everyday life that might occur. For instance, you may sense there is something in the room, but you cant see it or hear it. But you just have a feeling that there is something there. Stop and take a moment, pay attention to what it is that you are sensing and you will probably get some more information and you will help open yourself up to being receptive in the future. It is sort of like a heart muscle, if you exercise it and you work it, its going to develop and become stronger. Intuition and spirit communication is much the same.

So openness is very critical as well as receptiveness. So you can be more open and receptive simply by paying attention.
