Hi, I am David Sangillo with Out of This World Juggling and I am showing you how to juggle. Right now I am going to show you a trick called the Windmill. Now this is basically a continuous circle that you can make by juggling. The idea here is that all of your throws are made on this side of the pattern and all of your catches are made on this side of the pattern. So, your right hand has to move over here to catch and your left hand left has to move here to throw. Now some of the rules from basic three balls juggling also apply to juggling in the windmill. For example, each ball that is caught, is caught with the hand other from the hand that threw, also you alternate throwing with your right, left, right, left, right, left, right, left, right, left, right left. So, you have two different kinds of throws, you have the throw from your right to left or your left to right whichever way you end up doing it, but I will use my right to my left like this as if you were doing a reverse throw remember the reverse pattern like this is its that kind of idea.

Alright, so thats that kind of throw and then other kind that you have is you crisscross under and throw like that, just with your hands in reverse positions. Alright, so next try with two throws, one of one kind and one of the other kinds. So throw, throw, throw, throw and then move on to three throws which is basically just continuing by adding on one of the first throws after the second throw. So throw, throw, throw and then just keep on moving up four catches, five, six etcetera until you can do a continuous pattern like this and then once you are comfortable juggling like this you can go in the direction, you can switch back and forth, that looks kind of cool. Go in and out of regular juggling and windmill. Also you want to make sure that a common problem people have is with the hand that has to cross over to throw, they will end up throwing straight up instead of throwing at a curve. So, practice getting that curve with other hand. Alright, so thats the windmill. Next I am going to talk about Multiplexes.
