Maurice Allan: Hi, my name is Maurice Allan, I'm a 7th degree Black Belt at Judo. Here is my partner Steve Bell and he is a 2nd grade in Judo, and today we are going to teach you the various elements in judo.

The four basic elements, the throws; the spins on the ground where you immobilize a person for 25 seconds; as appropriate you can do chokes thats getting to age of 15 and when you are 17, you can do arm-locks. So the way as before almost the day, I'm going to show individually and then I'm going to be telling you together. Beginning with Judo you need one thing and that is your uniform. Some people call a Gi, Judogi, some people call it a uniform, some people call a kit and whatever you call it, that's what you need. Like anything else in Judo, you always want a----, safety is always on your mind, especially with kids. We show you how to fall, and you do get familiar with getting knock down on a mat, and become second major to you.

_As in any sport or any physical exercise, it is always a good idea to check with a doctor to make sure you are able to do it because you know, its fairly vigorous. But it is said that and its a sport anybody can do, whether then what size you are, big; small and its obvious if some people can do it and bet another that anybody can do it. My best friend is also a three star wrestler, he is an Olympics Wrestling Professional and same for Judo and also he won some against Russia.

First of all, we are going to introduce with the basics of Judo and help pulling the squad.
