Juggling - Claw

Hi, its David Sangillo with Out of this World Juggling and I am showing you how to juggle. Right now I am going to show you Claws and this is where you catch them and throw them overhand instead of underhand also it looks better from the side. This is what it would look like if cats could juggle. Alright, so in order to learn to do that. It is hard to do it all at once, so just practice with one ball. So, you catch it like this overhand make sure you wrap your fingers around it or else you will end up hitting it down. Thats not good for your ball and it wastes your time. So, catch it like that and also flick your wrist up that will make the ball go up and it will give you more time to catch into other hand, whereas if you are just letting go of it you are juggling really low and its hard to do that with three balls. So, as soon as you can do this with one ball. The next step is to juggle with three and on occasion call one of the balls and then see if you can do two in a row, three in a row and then just do it continuously on one side. Try the same thing with the other hand, two times in a row and then continuously. As soon as you have done that try doing it with both hands. You want make sure that when you are doing this you are doing at shoulder height, if you it do it any higher it will go back behind you and it will difficult to catch and if you do underneath it will move upwards and hit the cameraman. So, shoulder height thats what you want it to be at. It is actually not too terribly difficult to trick, the reason why I am showing this to you so late in the video is its good to combine with other tricks to make them look more fancy. For example, when you do the three ball multiplex from one hand you can claw down the first two, to create sort of a dramatic effect. You can also do the same with move such as the five, three, one or the seven, five, three, one. Next I am going to show you how to juggle in the shower pattern.
