Javier Quiroga: Hello, my name is Javier Quiroga and I am with the To Your Taste Catering. Today we are going to be teaching you how to make a very simple and delicious dish, Tomato Caper Tilapia. We have a flour to dredge the Tilapia in. We have Tilapia filets, we have a nice tomato here, we have some ingredients for garnishing the plate afterwards. We have butter, don't use all of it and we have capers and salt, pepper, olive oil and we have cellophane noodles and you can get these at any Asian market.

We need a colander for drainer the pasta, a pot filled with water for the pasta and a small saut pan to saut the Tilapia. You would also need a fairly large cutting board and a very sharp knife. The sharper knife is always safer than the dull knife. Before we get started let me tell you a little bit about myself. I am the owner of To Your Taste Catering in Vienna, Virginia. We do anything from small corporate drop off to a large gala of a thousand people. So let's get started now cooking the Tilapia.
