Rob Kingsbury: Hi ,I am Rob Kingsbury with the ACKC Cocoa bar, back to show you how to dip strawberries and make them look beautiful. So right now I am going to just go over some of the decorative elements to the strawberries. I have shredded coconut, little peanut butter morsels, chopped nuts with the toffee bits in it, ground up oreos and also some little M&Ms. As well as in the back I have done some chocolate jimmies here just to show you guys as well as sugar both white or red whatever color you would like and then I also have some little dragees both silver and gold down here. So what I am going to do at this point is just take a moment and show you guys how to make a paper cone. It's really easy and really simple. What I have is a deli sheet which is precut for me so to work with a cone shape I need to make a quick adjustment with this .

For you at home that has a roll of wax paper you could literally adjust reel off a square of wax paper and then fold it in half so you have a perfect triangle. So at this point what we are going to do is take them two tips on the ends and bring them up to the middle. So by doing a simple curl, you are going to curl this over and make the points at the top aligned and then you are going to take the other side, curl it around and bring it up to the back side, so that all three tabs are going to meet right here. Once you have that you can take a quick look down at your cone and you will notice that there is no light coming through and that is what you want. So just to secure the cone in place, if you want you could take a little piece of scotch tape or you can just take the top points and fold them over a couple of times. And then you have a beautiful cone to work with, its nice and tight and we can snip the end off when we need to start working with the drizzle part of it. So with this I am going to put that aside and we are going to come back and actually start getting to the meat of this product which is dipping those strawberries and getting them decorated. So we will be right back with that.
