Amy Schoen: Hi, I am Amy Schoen and we are talking about today how to survive the holidays as a single. It is a tough time for singles during the holidays which would go from Thanksgiving to through New Year's Eve. It is a time when most people are with families, surrounding around have their children and as a single, you don't have, what they have or you may be, you had it and you don't have it anymore. So it can be a tough time for you, but it is the time when you can really be grateful for, that you have what you do have in your life. And I am going to help you with some strategies and tips to help you get through those holidays. Before we begin I would like to tell you a little about myself. I am a Certified Professional Life Coach and a Dating & Relationships Expert. I will like to say that I help people attract the right relationships into their lives and I help couples create the relationships of their dreams. I am all about that people learning how to connect with themselves more fully so that they can connect with others more successfully.
