Bob Kiebler: Hi! I am Bob Kiebler, chef at Morton's Steakhouse. Today we are making some really nice Tuna dishes; we are working on some sauces that go really well with the Tuna. One of those sauces is wasabi paste. Now wasabi is like dry Japanese horseradish, you find that a lot in Japanese cuisine and sushi and things of that nature, it goes excellent with Tuna. This sauce is really quick and easy to make, you need a quarter cup of wasabi powder and about four teaspoons of cold water. Wasabi powder you can find usually in the spices with all the rest of the spices in the grocery store, if not any Asian specialty store will have it. If it is too thick add a little more water and what you are going to have is a greenish horseradish style taste. I am sure anybody who has had sushi is familiar with that flavor and there you have it, wasabi paste, it is outstanding. Coming up next we are going to show you how to make our first on tray.
