Pirooz Sarshar: Hi! I am Pirooz, Co-founder of the Grooming Lounge. Today, I am going to show you how to get the greatest shave ever. In this segment, I am going to teach you how to apply a low foaming shave cream and cocktail it with the shave oil that I just put on in the last segment. If you notice, part of my face is been shaved with the shave oil. Now, to get a closer shave and to get a smoother shave and to get a easier shave, I am going to apply a shave cream.

Now, I am going to use a low foaming shave cream. Foam looks cool and the foam is interesting in all, but there is two things with foam A, if the foam had to come out of the can or aerosol can, believe me there is alcohol in there, and the last thing you want on your face when you are shaving especially when you're coming through and taking that bear it off and it's a form of excoriation.

So the last thing you want is alcohol touching your skin. Two, like I said all that foam is great, but it's not doing anything if it is not touching the surface of your skin. Today, we are using the Beard Destroyer Shave Cream. It is a low foaming shave cream. This is a great shave cream for men acne, men with ingrown hairs which is something we'll get into later, but it's very easy. I am going to cocktail this with my oil, and I am going to put it on the oil and what we are going to do is we are going to shave with the grain. So watch.

I am going to work in the shave cream, like I said it's non-foaming, it's more moisturizing and working it all the way through. So if you notice, there is no foam on my beard. I don't look like Santa Claus. There is no need for that. The foam is just going to get in the way of my razor and it's not touching my skin or the surface of my skin which this shave cream is.

So as you look here I am going to start it out with my left side, alright. Now, the thing to remember is when you are shaving to rinse your blade often, and you want to do this in hot water basically. Reason for that is because I want warmer water touching my skin. Again, it helps soften up the beards.

Now, if you look here what I am doing is, I have my razor onto 45, just watch this. See how that drags, that doesn't feel good. I have my razor at 90 angle, and I take a pass. When it comes through, okay, we activate the product, stretch my skin, I have to stretch my skin, and then take a pass. I stretch my skin, I take a pass. Just like this, and I am going with the grain.

Watch this here, coming through, working it all the way through, stretch the skin, taking a pass. Okay, now that I finish shaving most of my beard off, if you notice, I have left the areas which I call the more sensitive areas for last. I have done this for two reasons because I want to show you how to go through the sensitive areas and I like going through the sensitive areas last because you are actually allowing the products to penetrate more and soften up the beard.

Now, in my next segment I am going to show you how to shave your neck properly, how to stretch the skin while you shave the neck, and I am also going to come in this area. I am going to take advantage of the oil, and I am going to come around my mustache and chin. I will show you how to shave the hair off the chin, and how to stretch the skin. But, before I do that, I am going to create some facial hair for you just so you can see how you can utilize the oil to your advantage.
