Christy Beal: Hello! My name is Christy Beal, and I own Eclectic Nature Gift and Garden Center. Today, we are talking about how to choose the perfect Christmas tree for your holiday season. One of the first steps I would recommend is to choose a reputable garden center.

Try to stay away from the roadside stands that sell trees only because you never know when the trees were cut and a lot of times they even goes for a spray painting their trees green. Now, when you do choose a reputable garden center, there are many different types of trees you can choose from. Some people like white pine because of their soft needles and they tend to be less expensive.

However, I recommend choosing a Fraser fur. Frasers are nice and dense, strong upright. They have a beautiful conical shape. The branches are nice and tight, and they'll hold just about any type of ornament that you could want.

Coming up in the next clip, we are going to talk about how to choose the right size Christmas tree for your home.
