Marie Webb: Hi! My name is Marie Webb; today I am going to show you how to apply Harajuku lipstick. And this is my model Ruby. First, I am going to start with a dark color lip liner. I am going to put the eyeliner on very, very deep so you could really see the outline of the lip. You would not normally wear this dark lip liner on your everyday basis but for this Harajuku look I am going to use this dark color. I will blend it in, in the center of the lip as well. Now I am going to apply her lipstick using a very dark lip color in the center of the lip. And blend it in with the lip liner. Make sure you apply a very heavy layer of lipstick on the bottom of the lip so it could stand out some more. And now I am going to use a light shade of gold in the center of the lip to make the lip pop a little bit more. You don't want to put that all over the lip, just in between the lip area and then you want to blend it in with the dark colors. But make sure that you put enough shade of gold so it could stand out. Then I am going to go over again with the dark lip liner. I want to blend that into the corner of the lip and take it a little bit more on the outer lip area and this is how you apply Harajuku lipstick.
