Stephanie Kraft: Hi! I am Stephanie Kraft and I am a certified hypnotherapist. I am talking about Life Between Lives hypnotherapy. Right now I am talking about what an LBL session is like. First let me explain a little bit about what hypnosis is. Hypnosis is when you mind is in a highly focused state or hyper alert state. So rather than being unconscious or far away, you mind is highly focused on something. The hypnotherapist guides you and you are allowing your mind to follow along. Occupying your mind in this way allows your sub-conscious mind to become more available.

Normally, in hypnosis, you are working with the sub-conscious mind but in LBL hypnosis, you are actually working with the super-conscious mind. The super conscious mind is the avenue in which you can experience yourself as a soul and it's also the state of mind where you can have access to infinite wisdom and information. An LBL session normally lasts between three and four hours and it can go longer. The hypnotherapist begins with an induction. An induction is a method to just help the client relax and focus their mind on something. After the induction, the client is led back in time to experience memories or times from their childhood and infancy. These are happy and neutral times, to give the client time practicing scenes from the past. After infancy, the client is guided into the womb and this the first opportunity that they can be in their soul state as they report back their experiences in the womb. After the womb, the client is regressed into a past life. After exploring the past life, the client is guided to the last day of that life and through the death scene. Usually this is not a traumatic experience and if it is the hypnotherapist can guide the client to a detached observer position and the client can watch it as if they are watching a movie and that's usually not necessary.

Once they leave their body, at the time of death, they are in their soul state. They feel an immediate expansion and freedom and so this is the point where they enter the spirit world.

So this is the progression of an LBL up to the point where the soul enters the spirit world.

Next I will talk about what a soul can experience in the spirit world.
