Stephanie Kraft: Hi! I am Stephanie Kraft and I am a certified hypnotherapist. I am talking about Life Between Lives hypnotherapy. Right now, I am talking about the benefits of having an LBL session. During the session you meet yourself as a soul in the fullness of who you really are and you will never feel as limited again. You realize that you are immortal and it's a spiritual integration of your soul with your human self. It helps you cope with life's challenges and it can help a person who feels as if they have been a victim in life to realize that they are the co-creator of their life. It helps us remember that our souls journey is one of learning, growth and choice and that nothing is random.

During a session, a soul can receive energy healing directly from the source and that can be quite powerful. A person can learn their soul's purpose, their innate gifts, who their soul mate is and what their soul name is. A person can develop a greater connection in relationship with the spiritual guide and begin to hear that inner guidance in their daily life.

So those are just some of the benefits that a person can expect from having an LBL session. Next, I am going to talk about how to prepare for an LBL session.
