Wedding Day Makeup - Fair Complexion Lip Color

Tu-Anh Nguyen: Hi! I am Tu-Anh with Polished by Tu-Anh. I am showing you how to apply wedding day makeup on fair to light complexion. And now I am going to show you how to apply lip color. And let's get started with a nice color lip liner and because I gave Kelly a very warm complexion on the cheek, so I found a lip liner that is in the nude that matches the cheeks and what I am going to do is I am going to start by coloring the whole lips with the liner giving her a nice shape right here. You want to be careful about going all the way outside of the lips. Kelly's -- her lips are uneven lips which is poutier at the bottom than the top. So I am giving it some curve and a little rounded edge at the top, it is more like a heart shape. Okay, and a little bit more on this side. And now we are going to color the bottom. She has really nice plump lips at the bottom. The reason why I am coloring in the whole lips with the liner is you always want to do that because after you eat, after you drink and you know you are talking all day along your lipstick is going to wear off. So if you start with a base color that is underneath it will hold all day and you won't have the liner rings around the lips. And next I am going to apply the finishing touch with Kelly. I am going to just use a gloss over the liner which is my favorite thing to do anyway. I don't really believe in using lipstick that often. Lip liner is really the best. So if you see here it is just a nice, nude color with a little bit of shine and shimmer. Okay, there you go and that is how you apply wedding day makeup on fair to light complexion.
