Wedding Day Makeup - Medium Complexion Lip Color

Tu-Anh Nguyen: Hi! I am Tu-Anh with Polished by Tu-Anh. I am showing you how to apply wedding day makeup on light to medium complexion and now I am going to show you how to apply lip colors. So what I am going to do is we are going to start again on the outer lips, the lines, okay. And we are going to color in. Kathy has got very pretty full lips and she already has some color on her lips. So I am just matching that color to keep it very, very natural. And I am being very careful so I don't go outside of her lips because I don't think we want to make her lips any bigger. She has got just the perfect size there. And you want to do this before you put on lip balm or Vaseline or lip gloss because if it is too glossy then the liner doesn't come on as well and will finish the lips. And now I am going to apply lip gloss, and see and again you want to do this with a lip brush and this is the type of gloss that you can just put it in your wedding bag or your purse or the bride's purse, and carry it around and that's all you really have to do is touch it up. And then I am applying all over. See with Asian complexion or just medium complexion I try to not go dark in the lips because if you are going to go dark then you should go to red and not any other colors because then she can look older and also tired as well, okay.
