Cheryl Cullina: Hi! I'm Cheryl Cullina. I have been teaching group fitness exercise for 20 years and I'm certified in several different formats, including cardio kick box.

Today, we are going to take you through some cardio kick box moves, they are non contact, you can do this with your entire family, kids love it. You don't need any additional equipment, you have a jump rope handy. I'll show you options with that later, if not I'll show you options without it.

Let's talk about the benefits of cardio kickboxing a bit. It improves your cardio vascular system, helps with your flexibility, your balance, makes the muscles stronger, strengthens the joints, reduces your stress, that's an important one. So, as you are throwing these punches and kicks, be safe take them in a safe range of motion and I'll go over those.

Let all the stress of the day go. You will feel more energy the more you workout. Take care to wear some comfy clothing, loose fitting clothing or something stretchy, good supportive tennis shoes, and make sure you have enough room in your living room move, the coffee table out of the way or take this outside. Always consult a doctor, before you start any exercise program. If you feel it is though music would give you a bit more energy, turn on the radio, lots of peppy songs out there, and lets take this to a little bit of music if you like. Thanks and lets begin.
