com and today we are going to talking about what it takes to get a better job in a down economy as well as how to get a better job in any economy. If you are going to start a job search in a down economy there are some key things that you need to make sure of before you start that job search.

One, figure out what you want to be in your carrier, where you want to go, what you like about your current job, what you don't like about your current job and use that as your starting point to decide where you going to move your carrier path.
