Hi, my name is Emily Ball and I am with the Melting Pot Restaurants. The Melting Pot is the nations premier fondue restaurant. We opened our first location in 1975 in Maitland, Florida and now we are over 120 locations nationwide locally owned and operated. Today I am going to show you how to make some of our signature cheese fondues. I am going to walk you through the whole process step-by-step. First, we are going to go over everything that you need to gather together for your ingredients to dip into the fondues. Then we are going to discuss how to make our traditional Swiss Cheese Fondue and our Fiesta Cheese Fondue. So, lets go ahead and get started with our ingredients.
