Javier Quiroga: Hello, my name is Javier Quiroga, and I am with To Your Taste Catering. Today, I am going to be showing you how to make a romantic dinner for two. This meal that we are going to prepare for you guys is a meal that can be used for Valentine's day. It could be a meal to impress your husband or wife, boyfriend or girlfriend and or just because and usually, those are the best times to make a meal just because you don't need that special holiday to do it. We are going to start of with a Shrimp Scampi on Toast, which is very delicious. Then we are going to move to a Goat cheese salad over filled greens with caramelized onions, strawberries topped up with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing to die for and then a lamb chop dinner on a bed of sweet potatoes with sauted artichoke hearts and a Tzatziki sauce on the side. And then for dessert, we are going to have chocolate covered strawberries. How more romantic can you be? Then we are going to top it all off by showing you guys how to make two specialty drinks which will be a French Martini and a Kir Royal. And also, a couple of safety tips, like always, when you are in the kitchen, use a very sharp knife, have a cutting board, have plenty of dish racks to hold the pots, pans and things like that. Be careful with the flames, be careful that you do not have anything near the flames except for when you are cooking and everything else and most importantly, have a carry-out menu right next to your refrigerator, in case you print this meal, because you wouldn't make your spouse very upset on that or just keep watching this video over and over again and you will be able to get this right on the path. And also, I want to let you guys know that it's not a complicated thing. It can definitely be done and to top things of, it's more romantic to do it at home, do it in your apartment and believe it or not, it can save you a couple of dollars here and there.
