Javier Quiroga: Hello! My name is Javier Quiroga and I am with To Your Taste Catering. Today we are showing you how to make a romantic dinner for two. And right now, I have my brother Alonso and our General Sales Manager for the company as well. He is going to show you how to make a couple of great drinks. Alonso Quiroga: Thank you, Javier. So we are back here. We are going to be preparing the French Martini. Our ingredients that we will be needing for this particular drink. We will need some Vodka, about two and half ounces. We will need again raspberry liquor about an ounce and a half to two. We will need some Champagne which is a secret to it. This is the splash of it. And then some pineapple juice about an ounce and a half. So what you want to do, have two martini glasses. Get your shakers, you can two ways, you can put this together and shake it like this or like they do, good bartenders that know, shake it, shake it. Your ice cubes in there and get your VodkaJavier Quiroga: Good Vodka.
Alonso Quiroga: Two and a half ounces worth. Javier Quiroga: Any Vodka works okay?
Alosnso Quiroga: Any Vodka. Grey Goose is my favorite but typically or the Jewel of Russia. It is a very good.
Javier Quiroga: Yeah.
Alonso Quiroga: Very good vodka. Then you get your Chambord again. Ounce and a half.
Javier Quiroga: This is great, Tzatziki is the same thing for that after dinner that we showed you guys with the Champagne.
Alonso Quiroga: And then your pineapple juice. Not too much. Just about an ounce and a half. And then the Champagne which is a secret. Go. Be careful because if you put too much Champagne, it can blow up. Javier Quiroga: Flick above.
Alonso Quiroga: So get it and shake it, so get a nice frosting and then we want to do again get a twist. This zest in there around that rim. Go ahead and pour it. Javier Quiroga: So that is yours, this was mine.
Alonso Quiroga: In that case, I actually did on purpose so you can learn also how to use this. Javier Quiroga: Okay.
Alonso Quiroga: Same idea. Take it in there and now you can see what is going on. Javier Quiroga: And I like that color.
Alonso Quiroga: It is a beautiful color. It is a beautiful color. Again a little Chambord. Here you can go. Pineapple. Javier Quiroga: Pretty damn good. Alosnso Quiroga: Yeah, there you go and then your Champagne. Okay, just let it settle a little bit. And then, there is a nice shake and then just tap it. And then release, more interesting. Give it a little flare.
Javier Quiroga: If you practice, then you can really impress your spouse or--? Alonso Quiroga: That is correct. That is correct. And then you get your twist and drop it in and there you have, your perfect French Martini to go perfectly paired with a wonderful dinner you have for your wife or your spouse or someone--.
Javier Quiroga: I hope you guys have enjoyed watching us make a very romanticdinner for two. I don't know if you would be my wife. What happen? It doesn't just have to be with your spouse or anything like that. You can have a great dinner with your brother and enjoy your meal. Hope you guys enjoyed it. And here, cheers to you guys, to love.
