Moe Harris: Hi, Guys! My name is Moe Harris and Im here at the Professional Bartending School in Arlington, Virginia. And I'm going to show you a one bottle one tin sequence into a pour. Its going to wow your guests. Its a very, very simple, but its very, very effective.

Now, simple by the way, doesnt mean youre going to pick it up that easy. I want to stress the fact that walking is a very simple thing. It really, really is. You fell down a lot when you first started to do it. Im going to show you some stuff, as soon as I show you, hopefully youre going to understand what were doing. It really is just practice.

Were going to start up with the bottle in a simple stall. A stall is basically stopping it or catching it on any part of your body. All Im going to do is pick my bottle up and pull it straight up into the air. As Im picking up straight up and once it peeks about right there, Im just going to slide my hand right under it, so up, stall, nice and basic.

Now, what Im going to do after that is Im going to, kind of, pull my hand out, almost like pulling this thing out, pulling the rug out from under this thing. Now, as I pull it out naturally its going to fall down. Im just going to grab it by the neck. See, just like that. Again, up into the stall, pull and grab it by the neck. Now, once I have that Ive got this tin, Ive got in a regular grip, Im going to go from that to a backhand. Lets put those together, stall, drop, back hand. Now, weve got both of these things by a backhand. All Im going to do with this hand is bring it right back up into the upright position like that. The only trick is, Im going to throw that over this arm. This makes it look like, youre actually doing something more than just that. See, now Ive got it like this. All Im going to do is take this tin and go back to my regular grip and finally one flip into a pour very simple.

Now, if you combine all those elements together, its going to look like this and again, I will talk my way through this, stall, down, backhand, around, forehand, flip into a pour, thats very nice and once you feel really comfortable with that throw some movement into it. Im going to the same exact thing. Im just going to do a little bit of movement and you see exactly how that changes the little sequence there, up, down, back, around, forehand, pour.
