Stephanie Kraft: Hi! I am Stephanie Kraft and I am a Reiki Master Teacher. I am showing you how to do Reiki.

Right now I am explaining what a Reiki session feels like. When the practitioner has her hands on the client she can feel any number of sensations, such as heat, coldness in her hands or the energy moving, vibrating, pulsing or tingling. The receiver can also feel these sensations, such as heat, coolness, vibrating or the energy moving around in her body. It is also very relaxing for the client when feeling these sensations.

Now the client doesnt need to believe in Reiki for it to work and she also doesnt need to feel anything. Reiki is still working whether the practitioner or the client feels anything at all. So that's what a Reiki session feels like. Next, I am going to talk about the spiritual growth that occurs when you learn Reiki.
