6 Layer Dip:
1/4 cup of sour cream
1/4 of refried beans
1/4 of fire roasted salsa
1/4 cup of guacamole
Shredded cheese
1/4 cup of black olives
1 jalapeno
Quesadillas:
Flour tortillas
Shredded cheese
Green onions
1 chicken breast
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Premium Margarita:
3-4 ounces tequila
2 ounces of grand marnier
2 fresh limes
Fresh orange juice
Salt
Ice
White Sangria:
7-8 ounces of white wine
4 ounces of triple sec
8 ounces of pineapple juice
1 apple

Javier Quiroga: Hello, my name is Javier Quiroga and I am with To Your Taste Catering. Today, we are going to be showing you how to make few wonderful dishes for Latin fiesta, such as Cinco de mayo. You can also do these great dishes for a regular party, a get together with your friends or just to watch TV.
Today, we are going to start off by showing you how to make homemade guacamole and we are going to show you how to make two types of salsas here. We have a fire roasted salsa and we have the salsa with mangoes which is very, very delicious. After that, we are going to show you how to make a six layer dip with some sour cream, refried beans, a little cheese, a little bit spice of the jalapeo to die for.
Next, we are going to two types of Quesadillas. We have a Cheese Quesadilla just plain and we have a Chicken Quesadilla with cheese as well. Finally, my brother Alonso, bartender extraordinaire, he will be show you how to make a couple of drinks to complement these dishes very, very nicely.
Alonso Quiroga: That's right. Here we will be showing you how to make a Premium Margarita and White Sangria.
Javier Quiroga: And as we go along through each of the steps, I am going to be showing you the ingredients that are needed for each one and also the utensils and tools that you are going to be needing to make these come out perfect.
