Maura Delaney: Hello! I am Maura Delaney, General Manager of Morton's, The Steakhouse. Here at Mortons, we feature many specialty cocktails, but today I am going to teach you some of those.

Today, I am going to teach you how to use cucumber to make a refreshing cocktail. How to make our Heavenly Foam which is a fruit foam? A fun and exciting way to top any martini. How to make a Pomegranate Martini? How to make a Morton's coffee?

We will go over the tools and ingredients specific for each drink with each clip. However, it wont be necessary if you have a basic home bar kit for each of the drinks. As always, if you are serving or drinking alcoholic beverages, remember to be responsible and use a designated driver.

So before we get started, let me tell you a little bit about myself. I have been with Morton's, The Steakhouse for 7 years. I have been in the restaurant industry for 14 years. So lets get started on how to muddle ingredients for cocktails.
